I am originally from Maine and spent most of my youth fishing and hiking in the woods of northern Maine and Maritime Canada. My grandfather, who was a physician, was my inspiration for following a career in medicine. I attended PA school in Denver at Red Rocks Community College and graduated in 2007.
I have worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, hospital medicine and preventive medicine. During my career, it has been a rewarding experience to help treat chronic medical conditions that help bring about positive changes in the lives of patients. I enjoy hiking with my family and my dog, wildlife photography, watching movies, and reading historical nonfiction.
